News and Events

Miss Veedol flies over numerous local community events every year and appears at several air shows in the Pacific Northwest. In May 2025, as in other years, we welcomed delegates from Misawa, Japan and gave them private plane rides. We look forward to entertaining children from the East Wenatchee and Wenatchee YMCA summer programs at our hangar. In September, Pangborn Memorial Airport will be closed for several weeks for runway construction so we will be unable to fly. We have participated/plan to participate in the following events in 2025:

April 26: Apple Blossom Youth Parade (Wenatchee, flyover)
May 2: Apple Blossom Classy Chassis Show
May 3: Apple Blossom Grand Parade (flyover)
May 26: Memorial Day, Cashmere (flyover)
June 20: Moses Lake Airshow
June 21: Pangborn Festival of Flight, East Wenatchee
July 11-12: Wallowa County Fly-In, Joseph, Oregon
August 21-23: Airshow of the Cascades, Madras, Oregon
Sept. 6-7: WAAAM Hood River Fly-In, Hood River, Oregon
